IMPORTANT: Before making a deposit or trial payment, make sure you CONTACT me through the contact form to ensure availability for your event date! 

 

  • The client will pay the Makeup Artist the remaining agreed upon balance plus any applicable fees on the date of service. WEDDING PARTY balance must be paid in full up to 7 days prior to date of wedding.

  • Clients must be on time for their appointment. There will be a late fee of $10 starting at 15 minutes late and appointment will be cancelled after 20 minutes. 

  • Cancellations for appointments on Mon-Friday & Sunday will be accepted up to 2 weeks prior to scheduled date & deposit will be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations for Saturday appointments will be accepted up to 1 month prior to scheduled date in order to receive refund. A no-show is considered a cancellation & deposit will not be refunded.

  • Clients may reschedule appointments up to 1 week in advance. For Friday through Sunday, there will be a $20 fee for Same-Day rescheduling

  • In the unlikely event that the Makeup Artist cannot provide services on the date of scheduled session (due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather or a personal emergency), all money paid will be refunded immediately. 

  • If, on the day of the appointment, client has any kind of eye infection, irritation, swelling, redness, incessant watering, skin infection, open sore or any contagious health problem, I will not be able to apply makeup and client must cancel or reschedule their appointment immediately upon knowledge of any of these issues.

  • Client must notify Makeup Artist of any allergies they may have toward any cosmetics/chemicals. Should a reaction occur, it is agreed that the Makeup Artist will not be held liable or responsible for injury and/or ailment of any kind.

  • If the client allows any photos to be taken by Makeup Artist during the session, the Makeup Artist has full permission to use the photos on any social media or website portfolio. 

  • BRIDAL PARTY: To make sure we stay on time and that I can do makeup as quickly and skillfully as possible in my allotted 45 minutes, please make sure to remove any distractions such as cell phone usage, leaving makeup chair, chatting with visitors, eating or drinking, having hair done, etc for that short time period that I require your undivided attention.

  • I personally can take a maximum party of 5 for any event and a maximum of 1 location per day. If you have a party larger than 5, do not hesitate to contact me, as I have a team of artists who may be available to assist me for the remaining party members. 

  • Wedding party cancellations must be made 3 months in advance of wedding date in order to receive partial refund (if paid in full up front). Deposit will not be refunded. In order to receive deposit refund, wedding must be cancelled 6 months in advance.

 

By making any payment, the Client has read and agreed to the above terms.

covid policy:

If you can no longer have your wedding on the originally scheduled date, I encourage you to postpone to a later date in 2021 or 2022. Any weddings postponed to a later date will have the deposit transferred entirely to the new date. Deposit is transferred over AS IS, no changes EXCEPT travel fee changes relating to location changes will be accepted to deposit (such as refunds for reducing party size). 

If you are cancelling your wedding altogether, per my policy:

Wedding party cancellations must be made 3 months in advance of wedding date in order to receive partial refund (if paid in full up front.) Deposit will not be refunded. In order to receive deposit refund, wedding must be cancelled 6 months in advance.
